What is a Report

The Reports provide a powerful, customizable way to view and manage selected applications and their related content in a tabular format. With an organized and user-friendly layout, Reports streamline access to critical information, making it easier to reference, track, and manage application data. Fully adaptable to your needs, Reports enable you to focus on what matters most.

How to Create a Report

• Navigate to the Reports section in the navbar

• Click the Add Report button to start creating a report

• Fill out the Report information

  • Report editors are also added here

• Add applications
  • Select what applications you want to see in your report

• Add content
  • Select the content you want to display for the applications

Public versus private Report

Every user can create private reports to track and manage content tailored to their needs. While private reports are not visible in organization-wide views, they can still be shared with specific users as needed.

Organization Admins or Managers can add organization views, accessible across the entire organization to provide their team with curated reports. These views highlight key data to support organizational goals and enhance collaboration.

How to edit a Report

• To edit the content of the Report press the settings gear at top right of the Report

How to add Report editors

• To add an editor first go to the Report settings

• To add or remove editors navigate to the report info tab and go to the editor section
  • An editor can be anyone in the organization

App Groups and Content Groups

App and Content Groups are dynamic which means if you include an App Group in your Report and that App Group changes your Report will change as a result

• Another way to add applications or content to the view is through Groups

  • App Groups are based off of the content types set as filters
  • Content Groups are based on sections

  App and Content Groups use content types that are set as filters and filters can only be choices and tree choices

  Exporting Reports

  Currently exporting a report is not supported
